CINTOS

Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026 · Gulf Coast Systems Technology LLC · support@cintos.app

These terms are an agreement between Gulf Coast Systems Technology LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”), and the company or organization that signs up for CINTOS (“Customer”, “you”). They cover the CINTOS website, web and mobile apps, crew links, integrations and API (together, the “Service”), and serve as the end-user license agreement for CINTOS when it is installed from another company’s app marketplace. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

CINTOS helps commercial installation companies run jobs: field reports and photos, AI drafting and checks, crew time, warehouse and deliveries, quotes and invoices, fleet, and connections to other software. We may improve, change or retire features over time; if we remove something material that you pay for, we will give reasonable notice. Features labeled beta or preview are provided as-is and may change.

2. Accounts and users

3. Trials, plans and payment

4. Your data

5. AI features — please check the output

CINTOS uses artificial intelligence to draft reports, read drawings and labels, sort notes, check field work and suggest prices. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a tool to help your team, not professional, engineering, safety, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing it — including dimensions, quantities, product matches, schedules and prices — before you rely on it, send it to anyone, or install, order or bill based on it.

6. Connected services and the API

7. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not let anyone else:

We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

8. Our property

We own the Service, its software, design and content (other than Customer Data), and the CINTOS name and logo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business during your subscription. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Confidentiality

Each of us will protect the other’s non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only for this agreement, except information that is public, already known, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law.

10. Ending the agreement

11. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service or AI output will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid anything).

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law, or work your company performs. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service itself, as provided by us, infringes their intellectual property rights.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and both parties consent to those courts. Before filing, each party will first try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other.
